Schibsted Sales Awards is Schibsted Media Group’s annual sales event where individual and joint sales performances carried out by the Scandinavian sales forces are brought into the limelight and celebrated.
- The purpose of the Schibsted Sales Awards is to reward, motivate and encourage progressive salespersons and sales managers within Schibsted Media Group’s subsidiaries. The event has become a very popular tool for building a positive sales culture and to promote collaboration both within and among our subsidiaries’ sales departments, says Joakim Claesson, VP Sales Development.
Sales Person of the Year: Martin Bolter, Aftonbladet
During the year, the winner of the Sales Person of the Year Award has continued to grow sales and achieve fantastic results. This person’s style is modest and attentive to customers’ needs, with a world-class presentation technique. Always ready to support colleagues and a true team player, this year’s winner sets an example for all sales people in Schibsted Media Group.
Sales Department of the Year: Grupp Vit, SvD
In a highly competitive market, the winner of the Sales Department of the Year Award has managed to win market shares and raise its prices. Through hard work, increased customer visits and a strong product, it continues to grow while its competitors are shrinking. This year’s Sales Department of the Year is a winner not only in the market, but in the whole of Schibsted Media Group.
Sales Manager of the Year: Henrik Ludvigsen, VG
As well as being a good manager, the winner of the Sales Manager of the Year Award is a good coach, in the true sense of that word. He is structured, goal-oriented, and able to see the big picture while still keeping track of the details. Together with his team he has generated significant growth. This year’s winner is a shining example for others in Schibsted Media Group.
Sales Performance of the Year (I): Nicklas Hermansson, Pontus Carlgren and Håkan Andreasson, Aftonbladet

Sales Performance of the Year (II): Anne Bolstad and Kjell Martin Nerstad, VG Mobil
The winner of this year's Sales Performance of the Year Award has shown us the future. At the same time as they created totally new products and advertising formats, they train their advertisers in how to reach their customers in today's new media environment. They generate significant revenues and are leading the way in mobile and iPad media in Schibsted Media Group.
Sales Organization of the Year: FINN.no
Nothing can stop the winner of the Sales Organization of the Year Award! They are dedicated to continuous improvement and, despite their size, continue to grow and win market shares. Last fall they passed 1 billion kroner in revenues. This year’s winner is not only best in Norway - they are now best in the entire Schibsted Media Group!
